Simple credit pricing
One-time purchases, not a subscription. Every video costs 100 credits; each pack name tells you how many you get.
Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
How do credits work?
Every video costs a flat 100 credits. There is only one format: 6 seconds at 768p, matching your photo's shape. If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
Who processes my payment?
Dodo Payments acts as our Merchant of Record and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. We never see your card details.
What kind of photo do I need?
Take one photo anywhere at home — living room, next to the tree, porch or yard. Shoot from a high corner and keep the frame wide so it looks like a security camera; night or indoor lighting looks best.
How long do you keep my uploads?
Uploaded reference images are deleted automatically after 7 days and generated results after 30 days. Download anything you want to keep.
What is not allowed?
The photo must not contain a real person whose face is recognizable — costumes, masks or someone facing away are fine. Do not use the video to impersonate anyone or to deceive. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the rest.
